Bay, AR(Zone 7a)

Are you interested in named only? I have a beautiful unnamed lavender iris that I could spare SEVERAL of, and a DL that is VERY nice but unnamed. I'll post pics below. I would be interested in your tall garden phlox (I have a purple) and your liatris.

Here is the daylily. I got it at W-mart and it was mislabeled 'Braveheart' but it is not... so I call it 'NOT Braveheart' ! LOL

Gail...that is too funny....I have a walmart iris that I call NOT DoverBeach :)

Bay, AR(Zone 7a)

BTW, that daylily usually has a branched scape with 4-5 buds per branch. Also, I don't know if you'd call it reblooming or extended bloom or what, but it's main bloom period is late May into June, and I've had more blooms this month.

The iris is large... 4ft tall with a bloom stalk as big as my 2 thumbs put together! Let me see if I can find a pic.....

Hey, Charlotteda... I thought I was the only one doing that "NOT" thing! lmao What color is your iris? I've been looking to expand, even though the multitude of lavenders that I have look REALLY good when they're blooming! I have them spread on either side of my front porch and they really stand out because my house is a dark brown brick and that light lavender really pops! I would still like to have some new colors, though.

Shirley --

I have some NOID irises that have been out of the ground since July 4. Would love to send them to you for postage. They are dormant but with water and tlc they will sprout life anew in about 4 weeks. Interested? Here's a composite of what you will get. Beauty Crown, old gold/wine plicata, creamsicle orange (short), greyed-lavender blue, pink self, pastel lavender-tan. These are all tall beardeds.

LMK,

Roni

For everyone who has responded to me via D-mail regarding the above irises and others, I have some listings elsewhere on the web and if they don't pan out. I will post about sending them out for postage and you will be contacted first request, first offered basis. Thanks again for the interest.

LOL (I did the NOT Maylasian Monarch myself with a beauty from Walmart just a a week or so ago...and that's the label I actually put on the plant! Altho, I must admit that the NOID (rhymes with VOID) is a great alternative. hehehe)

Before I realized that you shouldn't buy plants from the Marts if you ever hope to get what's really pictured, I got a Dover Beach iris. That's a white over blue what bloomed was read. I was so ANNOYED when it bloomed red. Then I found a garden forum that referred to irises without proper IDentification as NO ID's I labelled that red iris as A NOID real fast (get it A NOID = ANNOYED) hehehe. Sorry, no coffee yet.
