Gosh, all your leaves look so healthy and green. So many of mine are all beat-up looking.

I fed it once with horse feed tea a weaker solution that u would use on roses and it went nuts. SO now we know it can tolerate the fertilizer. Cork
hmmm.....did you mean "rose feed tea"? I don't think you would be feeding it hay & oats. :-D
Marcy
Porbably alfalfa tea, alfalfa being a typical horse feed, LOL.
Darius yup, alfalfa horsie feed. I forgot to be specific. so sowwy, Cork
How do you make Alfalfa tea? Never done it. K
A handful or two of alflafa pellets in a 5 gal bucket of water. Let sit overnight, or even 2-4 days, and then apply. It gets stinky after 3-4 days.
Edited to add: Go up to the top and click on the Garden Terms tab. Look under alfalfa, and alfalfa tea. Lots of good info there.

Thanks Darius my bud! I will get some alfalfa pellets. We have fields and fields of alfalfa here, I wonder, would the dried plant soaked in a bucket do the same thing?
K
Probably, if not even better for not having been "processed"
Hmmmmm...I may give that a try!
K :~D
Just be sure that the bag says horse feed only. Ya don't want the combined horse and rabbitt feed. Twas Me, Cork
Way to go, Corky! You'd thinking living in a farming area that I could find alfalfa pellets....not. It should be good for brugs and hostas to. Definitely can't wait for pictures. Do you have other epis?
:) Donna
Corky, it posted here, now, LOL. Nice epi!
I can't get over all those buds!!!!!
