The neighbors asked for help landscaping their yard and so I went to visit their back yard yesterday which was overwhelmingly large and void of plants. I was a little overwhelmed by the size and realization that this would be a lot of work. They wanted a small pond and a gazebo or a garden arch incorporated into the desing as well. Last night I searched on the internet to study some landscape designs and came upon a free landscaping program called "Plan a Garden"on the Better Homes and Gardens website: http://www.bhg.com/bhg/flashapps/garden/
In less than three hours, I was able to create this plan for them. I was so excited as it is my very first landscape design I have created.
