I have a friend who makes a delicious lemonade with them. She makes regular lemonade from frozen concentrate. Then she mashes and smashes the juice out of one of these personal watermelons, and adds it to the lemonade. Yum!! (You can just as easily use the juice from half a watermelon, of course.)
