neon eggplants - when do you pick them

first year with these. i usually grow the black beauties. do the neons grow as large?

No Neons, are smaller eggplants. Typically long 8 inches and fat 3 inches. Like all eggplant you can pick them anytime up until they began to lose their gloss. As they mature they will get tough and seedy.
