I posted in the container garden forum, but I thought I'd just post the herb pool here.
Small pool #2 has herbs: Dill, Genovese Basil, Lemon Basil, Cinnamon Basil, Sweet Dani Basil, Catnip and Sage (in the spot labled as Rosemary, the Rosemary failed to thrive lol).

My dh and I have different ideas on how the Cinnamon Basil tastes, altho we both really like it. He thinks it has a nutty woodsy flavor, I think it has a slightly "hot' zing. But this is a guy that eats 1 gallon jars of jalapeno peppers while watching football.
I know it is super on pork roast.
The pools were out of necessity, but they have worked out so well we may incorporate them in some way permentely. Carrots didn't do so well in them tho.
If there was a way to get wheels under them, it would be interesting to see if you could overwinter herbs in the garage. You wouldn't think they are that heavy, but they are. I tried just to turn the small herb pool 90* because the dill was growing sideways to the sun, but I soon figured out I'm not strong enough. Dh didn't "think turning the pool would be worth a hernia".

Haha, that's the beauty of having a brother in law around my house on the weekends! Between him and my hubby they get all the heavy lifting done!
I may have to hunt some of these more exotic herbs down - I had heard of things like orange mint and more 'regualr' variations, but this is completely new!!
