This spring my neighbors crinum sent out a group of deformed leaves. She lives on the beach and her crinums were buried by the sand during some of our hurricaines last fall. Otherwise, nothing much has happened to them out of the ordinary. The white crust on the leaves is salt spray. Anybody know what may have caused this?? Her plant has subsequently recovered.
