I need help to solve "naughty kitty" issue!

Lyndonville, NY

Hello, I know I am new to DG, but am loving the pet area. We have my daughters cat, Cody, living with us for a bit, and he has some very nasty habits! He doesn't get his own way and urinates or poo's wherevery his little heart desires. I have had my hands full with this one, he is 5 years old so it isn't a kitten problem. We have more than enough litter boxes and they are kept clean. His latest revenge is on my DH! Thankfully, my daughter is getting apartment next week and he will be gone. Now I get to clean the messes up!

Anyway, how can I get the smells and stains out so the other cats dont start marking? I have been using an expensive cleaner that is guaranted to do it, and it does work, but it is costly and we are going through quite a bit. NOW this little snot has taken to going on the wood floor also and that particular cleaner removes all the coloring.

Any ideas of a safe way to clean that up which is non-toxic to us humans as well as the cats?

Thanks so much
