How to delete website and create all new one at same domain

I'm using Front Page 2000. I have a website at Netfirms with info already on it. But I'm completely changing the site. How do I delete what I have at the site? I've tried writing over it with Front Page, but it's ineffective.

I want to use the same website, but I want to wipe out what I have there and create something entirely different, as the info there is now outdated.

I do have an email into Tech Support at Netfirms, but I thought someone here might answer the question before Tech Support does. I'm new to web design, so the problem could entirely be at my end. HELP PLEASE!
