I understand Daturas are very poisonous. Are Brugs in the same family as I understood? If so, are they so poisonous?

yes they are poisionous also. every part of both of them are as with alot of other plants too.
You don't even want to touch your eyes after touching them. A lady last year (forgot who) touched her eyes after getting a little brug juice on them (I think she was removing damaged leaves or somethin') and she went blind for a couple of hours. Always wash your hands after touching them.
