Yes, very much so, according to all the purchases I have made from very knowledgeable people. Everyone has warned me that ALL parts are poisonous.
Please be careful.

Yes, they are poisonous, all parts are poisonous. I looked at a list of poisonous plants, and just about every plant in my garden is, azaleas, EEs, oleander, and LOTS of others. My grands have some chickens and, without our knowledge, they got into the service area, where I toss brug leaves, EEs, and, they ate the leaves, a bunch of leaves!! That was several weeks ago and they are fine, never missed a beat! I guess they aren't poisonous to lots of bugs either, like cats, slugs, leave hoppers & rollers, etc.

My little adventurous cat, Sophie, decided to snack on a bunch of night blooming jasmine blooms. Cestrum noctunum is also a member of the Solanceae family like brugs and datura is. Her pupils were huge, she was meowing at the wall, coordination was bad. I had no idea what happened to her so I rushed her to the vet where her bloodwork came back fine. She had eaten a bunch of the blooms. For 3 days, she was not her normal self at all, although she did insist on sleeping on my pillow next to my head during that time. She'll defiantly look at me and sink her teeth into a leaf, but I've never seen her actually eat one.

She also tried to munch on my Alocasias. That didn't last too long as she had swollen lips after every time she tried it.

Here's my living lawnmower:
