I just started on this one back in June,2005..using old poster boards to kill whatever is under it first..then will have organic soil put on top of that first mixed with some sand...The plants in this picture is just to keep the poster boards in place..Will plant stuff next spring...

Variegated sugarcane,plumeria seedlings, palm seedlings,brug seedlings, gingers starts,few chickens here and there but ya can't can't see them...mini bottlebush shrubs..bananas...etc...
tropical paradise! I love minibottle brush, but usually too expensive around my neck of the woods. So I settled but regular bottlebrush. That's great too.
Yep!! been collecting plants on road trips,plant swaps,round ups and nurseries with flowerjunkie-Daisy ...Going to Georgia next weekend for a mini round up with friends..lol....
It will be beautiful when it gets all planted. Have fun on the trip. I am pretty well home bound for the next few months. Going to try to make a trip to Kays and Barbs in late August. Just a couple of hours away

Yep, that is how I know a year from now where to plant them...I move them around to see if they like the spot or not...They also get my pot belly poop tea once a week...even when it is raining..lol..
