So nice to see a picture of Indian Pipe! I have only seen this plant once in the wild and that was in central PA in the early 1980's.

We just found a bunch of these growing in a part of our RV park in the shade... the guy who mows the lawn saw them and googled it. He very kindly mowed around them as to let them grow.

I plan to watch them, and hopefully have my camera with me when they get bigger and hopefully bloom.

very bizarre looking plant.
