and I mean real rain. It is coming down like crazy...First real rain in way over a month...my storage tank is filling up..Our weather station says that it is coming down at the rate of 8.6 inches per hour...well maybe we don't need that much but then it probably isn't going to rain this hard for an hour...Thank you Rain maker...

We got 2" on Thursday; another 2" Thursday night thru Friday noon; and almost one inch today in 2 seperate showers. After 42 days with only a half inch at my house I still stop and look out amazed!
Watch out for those fireants (the very spawn of the devil! LOL) they are really shook up I guess looking for higher and drier ground. Hidin' in the grass!
