Butterfly ginger question

I have yellow spots on the leaves of 2 big groups of butterfly ginger. I've had these for 4 years and have never seen this. Possibly a fungus? It was very hot last month, now rainy this month if that helps.

It has been raining lots. I mixed up some mulch with alphalpha tablets and other goodies. They are better now.
