My oxy is looking pretty good, but some of my leaves appear to have a lot of variation of yellow and green ... is something wrong? And how to I fix it?

Discoloration?
I see nothing wrong here. You have some very shiny new growth and some older leaves which received more light.
I would leave it alone.
I can't imagine that it has been cold or even cool in your garden recently.... :-)
Mine do that here during the winter when they get picky about cooler weather. Is most likely that the older leaves have received more sun as Ursula stated. They look great!
The leaves on my big epi became very yellowed over the winter in my living room with heat and insufficient light. It looks much better now, outside in filtered light. The very yellowed leaves are not better, but all new stuff is green.
Interesting, definitely no chilly here! Although we did get a cold front and it only got up to 92 yesterday. lol. I figured they were just getting a lot/too much sun, or I was worried maybe it was an iron deficiency. Thank you for the good information, yall always make me feel better about my epis!
My ric-rac (or is it rik rak?) cactus had one arm that turned completely yellow and then started to turn to mush. SO before things got out of hand and spread to the rest of the plant, I snapped that arm off. That was about a month ago and no signs yet of that mushy yellowing showing up elsewhere. Anyone know what that could have been caused by?

No, but I'm curious. I thought that might happen to my big epi... thankfully it did not except for a sprig or two before I could get plants outside in Spring.
