Ok...nother dumb question.
Should I pick off the flowers the next day after they have bloomed (opened) & are then just hanging there? I left those 2 on there, but I guess they are never going to open again so might as well pick them off, huh?
Also I am seeing tiny little new ones forming on other leaves. Isn't this the wrong time of year for this, I thought this one bloomed in or around springtime? Funny plant I have.

I usually cut the spent flowers, so as not to injure the plant by picking and pulling.
And there is never a wrong time for new buds!! Enjoy!!
My Epi oxypetalum is ready to bloom in a couple of days and I also noticed tiny new buds. :-)
Ditto on what Ursula said.....I snip the spent blooms and leave a little nub that dries up and falls off, so as not to damage the leaves. :-)
