When the wind blows, she sways a lot. Makes me so nervous. You know I have a long history of knocking off blooms I am excited about. Once I was so careful taking pics of a very special one, lifting it so gently, replacing it gently back. Then I turned around to take pics of another brug and I took a step back and heard that terrbile snap noise and the fluttering of an angel as it fell to the ground. LOL

And even more exciting to me, I got a real dark pink!!! No orange in it. I was so shocked to see it peeking out at me. I did a double take.
I didn't get a good pic, and the flowerss were actually darker than this, but this gives you the idea.
The pink was a deep, real pink. Brugs like this make all the work worth it.

WOW, that one is a show stopper!!! I wonder how she would do in zone 8a?? CDW is the only double I've had bloom and it was late in the season and I really don't think CDW likes it here, keeps putting on buds, but never grows and the foliage is worse than ho-hum...
