No real expert here...I keep a very loose medium moist but not wet...and warm!!! be sure you have the bottom of one node about 2cms in the soil. Pray alot!! H. lasiantha looks awful before it roots...sometimes all the leaves get sickly looking and you are sure it is dead. Don't give up. Warmth and low light are, I think, important. Hope this helps...
