for a beetle
Kennedyh ID please
I don't have a source for locating beetles, but judging by its antennae, it is a Scarab Beetle of some sort in the family Scarabaeidae
I have now managed to track down your beetle, it is the Harlequin Flower Beetle or Arizona Jewel Beetle Gymnetis flavomarginata http://bugguide.net/node/view/8938/bgimage

Kennedyh you are truly a gem at identification. Thank you so much. If it is not native to Fl it won't be here either. May need to report this too. I booked marked the site for future refrence
Kennedyh... thanks for that link... I've bookmarked it.
Donna.. you are going to continue seeing all sorts of misplaced bugs with all these hurricanes we've had.. hopefully we are only getting "good" bugs... LOL
bring em on lol, the bugs that is. I love find new bugs as long as they don't get on me.
