While doing a search for New Zealand's Rose apple, I found the following site. It's terrific, with apple photos, descriptions and recommendations of apples best suited for various uses. These NZ rose apples, by the way, are delicious -- firm, crisp and sweet, but with a little bite to them. Yummy!
