Canna seeds...
Probably most people are like me and do not have "species (wild)" Cannas?? I have seeds developing for a Red Canna and whatever the name is for the one which is Yellow with red spots and sometimes red petals--Cleopatra or something like that but they have several names for many Canna so it gets confusing?!! hehehe : ) Bonnie
I bought some mixed canna seeds off ebay earlier in the year. I started about 6 to 8 seeds and they all germinated. They're growing great outside but do they bloom the first year from seed? If you would like to trade for these seeds, I would luv to.

i have a few canna indica seeds... i would love some canna limbata.
I grow canna from seed every year! They easily reach full size and bloom for me. I don't take the time to keep them seperated and labelled though. I just take what I get. LOL The ones I mostly grow get huge with tiny red flowers but I find room for them every year because the hummers love them.
Hi all, I've emailed the ones who wanted to trade.... Bonnie, I have the spotted ones coming out my ears already lol. Also the orange spotted and some tall ones that have teeny peach colored flowers. Maybe next time:-)
Also, they usually do bloom the first year if they're started early enough.
