not a very new newcomer....

I'm Shirley from south central PA. I joined a little over a year ago, but I only signed on once in a while. However, now that I seem to be spending more time on line I guess I should introduce myself.
I almost hesitate to admit I'm a Master Gardener since I spent way too much time reading the whole Master Gardener thread and I know the title really bothers some people.
I'm in charge of the demonstration garden at King's Gap State Park, where we have lots of native plants.
I also belong to the Penn-Cumberland Garden Club, the Hobby Greenhouse Association (even though I don't have a greenhouse), and the African Violet Society.
I volunteer at Hershey Gardens, and I'm a "Flight Attendant" in the Butterfly House at Hershey Gardens.
Sometimes I even work in the garden at my house.
So many gardens, so little time..... But really, there are never enough gardens!!!
