Will be trimming back my snail vine (phaseolus caracalla) that is taking over the front yard and would be happy to send cuttings for trades or postage.
CLOSED: Have: Snail vine cuttings for trade/postage
I would absolutely love some!
Alice
Oh yea! I would love some. I would be glad to trade. Take a look at my trade list and see if you see anything you want. If not, please just tell me how much postage. Are they easy to root? I am no pro at such things, although mkjones gave me some cuttings a month or so ago and EVERYTHING grew. I sort of think she was nice to me and sent easy rooters. Thanks for the kind offer. I have been wanting a snail vine for nearly a year.

I would love to try to root some snail vines, I can trade you some pandorea vine cuttings for those. Please let me know,
Karen
Is it at all possible to get a little rooted piece? I have tried rooting this 3 times to no avail. I will be happy to find something yummy for a trade!
I hear you're lookin' for some variegated hosta??? Mine aren't named, but I have 2 different varieties.
LMK
Can you send me some for postage?
I'd LOVE to have a small piece to start!
Thanks for the offer!
Yvonne

I am closing thread until I get these requests filled and will re-open if more available.

Have you rooted V. caracalla before? I have a plant that may be big enough for cuttings soon, but I'm not sure how to proceed, or even whether I should cut & stick or just layer a node into a pot.
I'd be grateful for any advice!
No, I haven't rooted Vigna from cuttings. Mine are all grown from seed.
The cuttings offered above are from Phaseolus Caracalla, a relative.
They root in water or soiless mix or oasis cubes.
