Too much free time

I got artsy this afternoon with that sweet late afternoon light and took these shots... I love the BG in the H. chlorantha photo, wasn't expecting it. This first one is H. curtisii...DUH.

Here's H. chlorantha.

This last one is of a special palm (I can't spell the name) growing at the feet of the Tiki. The dead banana leaves around it sorta looked to me like curtains...wierd where the mind goes!

Your curtisii looks like abunch of little birds, poking there heads out of a nest! :) I love that Chlorantha, it has such a pretty flower, and the palm is nice too! *-*

LOL. No, it is a digital, an old Olympus and I love it!

I've actually had a throw-away camera that did take some amazing pictures - only one though, the other two I had were awful, and convinced me to stop procrastinating and buy a good digital.
