Feverfew

I have Feverfew but I dont know what to make with it, I think you make a tea......do you have a recipe? I heard it helps calm a headache.

You can make tea with the leaves. It is supposed to help headaches and some sources say it prevents migraines if you chew one fresh leaf every day. I don't get migraines and the only person I knew who I wanted to try this on was prone to canker sores. And if you are, you shouldn't try the leaf chewing trick as the chemicals in the leaves could cause mouth sores in some people. He stuck to the good drugs his VA doc gave him and I grew the feverfew for the pretty flowers.

I think the leaves can also be dried and crushed and used in a bug repellent mixture, although that may just be pennyroyal. (I had the two plants at the same time.)
