Help - need chicken casserole recipes asap!

We are going to picnic tonight. I was going to make chicken tortillas but tortillas taste freezer burnt. Any good quick suggestions for chicken casserole. I don't want to make fried chicken as that tends to be what everyone picks up from HyVee, Col Sanders, etc. I have lots of sour cream , pasta, cream soups, cheese, etc. Thanks!
