hello all! i just joined because i have heard such great things about this site. my special interest is in the wild flowers and plants. i live near the great smoky mountians national park, and even my back yard is chock full of the same biodiversity. yep, we've even got those amazing synchronous fireflies, that we didn't know were so special.:-)

Welcome from Titusville, Florida, I am a newby too. I am orginally from NC, just got back from vacation in Robbinsville, NC. Stayed in a secluded cabin, it was very beautiful there. there were 2 other couples there from FL too We all rode our motorcycles on the Cherehala, up into TN. and rode 129.....Deal`s Gap, we rode that 4 times. we also rafting on the Nanahala
River, just had a blast...We have reserced the same cabin for next year too.....then I went to visit my family over close to Greensboro, NC........sorry, didn`t mean to ramble.......
