This weekend my sweetie was lisenting to me talking about how hot it was and how I have to water the Brug more often in this Arizona heat......he got an empty gallon water jug, punched a hole in the bottom with his awl, filled it with water, put the lid on and sat in in the pot that the Brug is in.......low and behold I haven't had to really water it at all...it's a slow continuous drip...the leaves are so happy! It's sure helped me out and thought I'd share it with you all.

I did this for my brugs out in the cottage garden.... I fill them up every morning and they are doing so well... I have been using old plastic bottles that litter comes in...
Any tip that cuts down on hours watering is a good one. Yours is good for weekend trips out of town. Thanks for the reminder.
