I'm a grumpy amateur Brug'er. >=(

Aurora, TX(Zone 8a)

Mine won't do ANYthing!! I have three......one in a huge pot, one in a too small pot, and one in the ground. Lots of new growth, heighth and lushness. No blooms. Bother it all.......I've fed, given manure & epsom........Miracle Gro out the wazoo..........nada.

Now, I just grumble at them and warn, "No blooms for me? No home for you!!"

I'm a fairweather brug'er. No rocks, please.........;-)

MKJ is has to grow a Y before you get blooms unless your cutting is a part of a Y;d stem

Aurora, TX(Zone 8a)

OH! I keep "hearing"/(rather, reading) about this "Y." So that's the "catch?!" I'm guessing that mine must be heading in that direction--being a [grumble] bloom--then, because I have two heads of foliage on both of mine......that makes the Y, right? In fact......I think one has a W. lol

Still grumping, but maybe I'll huff a bit less tomorrow when I go out to inspect again..........

Pocahontas, TN(Zone 7b)

I think I have 40 brugs and only three have buds, 1 has actually bloomed and is on it's 2nd flush. It is a 2 yr old plant, that I didn't cut back last year.

I know how you feel but hang in there, blooms will come.
