I'am on the hunt of fried chicken that taste like the original recepie from kentuky fried chicken.
aside from using the italian dressing packet which burns.
I marninate my chicken in buttermilk
I used a mix of
salt
pepper
oregano
thyme
garlic powder,
herb mix of italian seasoning
and flour,
any other ideas to add, sometimes it tast like it and others it is too much of one seasoning or another of course i dont measure.......its a pinch or a scoch, a scant.....lol
