How long is customary to wait for a SASE and should an offer be CLOSED after the intial "It's in the mail"?
2 questions please....
the post office says 7-10 days regular mail so i would wait 10 days. ask the person if they sent it and when. i had one recently get lost in the mail. my mail lady says some things get sent to the lost bin and then it could take 6 months to get it back.
but most usually 10 days.

Thanks what I wanted to know! I wouldn't think waiting longer two weeks is acceptable, unless there was a justifiable reason in doing so.

Oh really now!
I mailed a seed trade out a month and a half ago (early May.) I could never send anymore, because I never had anymore to give her.
She just got them in the mail June 28th!
Go figure!?

notice i said usually 10 days.
all i know is most of them say 7-10 days. but even thats no guarentee.
i have had some go around the block or too to get to me too.
its crazy especially around the holidays.
