This is very healthly meal.

Salmon Cakes

Prep: 10 minuntes
Cook: 10 minutes

1 can (14 3/4 ounces) pink salmon, drained and flaked
2 tbsp. plain dried bread crumbs
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. dried parsley
1 tbsp. corn oil

1. In medium bowl, gently combine salmon, bread crumbs, and soy sauce. Shape mixture into four 3-inch patties.

2. In iron cast skillet, heat oil over medium heat until hot. Add salmon cakes; cook until salmon cakes are golden and heated through, about 5 minutes per side. Makes 4 main-dish servings.
