I planted this as a seed and have been rooting for it (HAHA) ever since it had some trouble as a seedling. I have my first opened bloom today after a few aborted buds. My tomatoes are roaring, too.

Don't you just love the blooms on plants in the nightshade family? I hope you'll consider adding your pics to the PlantFiles, if you haven't already, as I don't think there are any for Neon Eggplants.

I just added them... I actually love solacanae plants, i've considered growing a little garden of my favorites all together, although i've heard it's bad for your soil... maybe a nightshade container garden?
i am growing them for the first time this year. plants are huge but wiating for the flowers.
