Knoxville, TN(Zone 7a)

Very nice, Ruth! Do you paint also?

Zion, IL(Zone 5a)

Maybe we can take your sketch downtown and get a couple tattoos freehanded. You ready?

Deltona, FL(Zone 9a)

I do water colour's as well..At least I use to. I need to buy some materials. Than I'll really get going. This will help in the lonely times..Family and friends are all up north. so instead of feeling sorry for myself....I'll sketch when I can't garden. Thanks for liking it. That helps me want to do more.. I already have a tat.. Large bird.

Harlem, GA(Zone 8a)

lol!!!!!!!!!!

Ruth, you ARE good!!!! Let me know if you wanna sketch me one up, I'll pay ya! I have really nice one from Picturelady that she did in Black & White framed in my living room :-)))))

Deltona, FL(Zone 9a)

Lets see how it goes when I get my supplies. I am dieung to get to the water colour's now that I have got the taste of it. It will take me a couple of weeks to get the money together..Than I will probalibly have sketches all over the house. My husband told me to do something I liked. hahahaha I can't work due to a disability so I was getting cabin fever. Maybe this will be the start of something good.

San Leandro, CA(Zone 9b)

Oh I am so sure it will. And you have talent, that helps a lot! I love watercolors. I can't wait to see them.

LOLBlaine, you are so funny!

Vancleave, MS(Zone 8b)

Ruth I am with you on the cabin fever. I have it bad and only had it for 6 weeks now. Won't be able to do any gardening for about 6 months. I start PT July 5th, Sure hope they don't kill me. I know I get sore as heck just going in and out ot the house 20 a day when I have to water and that's only moving sprinklers around. Sure hope this gets me fixed or at least back to functioning. I can't even take any pics with the zoom lens. It's to heavy. Not allowed to pic up over a gallon of milk.

Keaau, HI(Zone 11)

Ruth...you HAVE the touch!!!! Beautiful!

If you haven't watercoloured for a while, you might be interested in the Daniel Smith line of watercolors. They are ground/mixed by them...SUPER quality!! And their new pearlescent colors are great and the Quinactrodine (sp.) magnificent. On line as www.danielsmith.com. Wonderful store!

Congratulations, Carol

The thirty years...well three husbands /two children/three stepchildren/ many grandchildren and cancer...Now life begins again. Hope I can still do it...and afford the materials...prices have really gone up. oh well a little at a time. And you ..... GO FOR IT!!!!!

Zion, IL(Zone 5a)

don't have one yet but I've been thinking about it lately and maybe this would do it. I got the praying mantis and fighting cock on my shoulders in Hong Kong in '84 and that's been it.

Deltona, FL(Zone 9a)

Blaine,, Are you saying that want to put my sketch on your body................????

Zion, IL(Zone 5a)

well -- a brug flower anyway. If I get froggy and decide to do another tat, I may use your sketch (with your permission) as an example if there wasn't anything in the shop. Just a thought.

Here's a stinker ;) You know how it's become very popular with women to get something across their lower backs just above the waist line. With the brugs rep for fragrance... maybe one of the ones with a long calyx that starts on the spine coming down till one of the wide curved flowers flare out with the extra long tendrils. :)

Chicago, IL(Zone 5b)

Talk about imaginations running wild........you take the cake 8'.....LOLOLOL

Deltona, FL(Zone 9a)

I have other sketches...so if the need in deed for a brug...I'll email some to you..and you may indeed choose one.Just let me know in advance what kind of brug you want...single/ double /aborea/sau. you get the idea..

(Mary) Poway, CA(Zone 10a)

Beautiful work Ruth!
