Climbing Herbs?

Washougal, WA(Zone 7b)

Is there such a thing? I have an old chair converted to a bird bath in my herb garden and I want something to "climb" up the back of it. Are there climbing herbs? Or something not too intrusive, low maintenance, that I can add for eye appeal? Thanks.

Nasturtiums grow really fast but are an annual. Not invasive and pretty and edible.
Periwinkle, english ivy, Japanese honeysuckle are all considered herbs but may be too invasive for your needs.

I didn't know Nasturtiums were a climber. I actually have some seeds, so I'll have to give that a try. Thanks

when planting nasturtium seeds make sure you plant them where you want them to be forever, this vine doesn't transplant well.

Depends on the type of nasturtiums you have. Some only grow 15 inches tall. Others climb much higher.
