fantastic on a lightly toasted fresh bakery roll
Saute peeled sliced zucchini in a small amount
of olive oil, along with fresh garlic sliced - too taste
add oregano, salt & pepper, and a dash of crushed red pepper - too taste,
Scramble up some eggs and add to the sauted zuchinni.
Butter your roll and add parmesan cheese
Taste so italian! we call it Coo-ka-zel and eggs
