Linda, this is the Luna Red Hibiscus - hardy to zone 5. I will watch for seeds.

I just planted a couple of them...are they hardy? Have you over-wintered them? I was impressed enough at the HD to buy two with only a single flower on each! Great pic!

I have the same....i will post a pic of it when it blooms.....wow waterloolily, that is a whole boatload of blooms!! mine grows a little differently though....you will see when i post a pic...as you see, in zone six.......I just cover it up with about 10 inches of woodchip mulch in the fall, cut down the sticks...you get the picture.....will post pic later....
