I just picked my first "Early white bush scallop" summer squash. Yay! I like to pick them young and just saute in butter with mushrooms and zucchini and such. But, I have a whole LOT more coming.
Does anyone have interesting recipes for scallop (pattypan) type summer squash that don't involve garlic, onions, or anything hot and spicy (like jalapenos, cayenne, etc). I'm especially fond of recipes involving cheese!
