Hello From AZ

Hi from Arizona! I've been wanting to subcribe for quite some time and at last have the chance! I live in an apartment so everything I have are in pots. I love flowers but also have a small collection of cacti and succulents. I've come to love my little garden and the time that i spend there and I'm looking forward to participating on this site!

I'm new to DG too.

Howdy, Neighbor! Welcome aboard!

Howdy-hey from a Queen Creek neighbor. I do some container gardening, mostly due to transplanting, but am mostly involved in landscaping our one acre property. I've really enjoyed my time on DG, although I don't get a chance to come here very often. Welcome!!

This is a wonderful site...you'll make lots of new and great friends...I hope I can be numbered as one of them. Join us in the Chat Room on Tuesday nights 7:00 PM EDT...and Thur. mornings at 7:00 AM EDT...that is a little early for some of us here on the West Side of the USA but well worth getting up earlier...LOL Jo

aptpotter - I grew up in MS, then, when I was in my mid thirties, I moved to Phoenix. You may (or may not - if you have never been in the Southeast) be able to imagine the culture shock I went thru. Believe me it was an expierence. I fell in love with AZ and tried to see as much as I could. My first time off I climbed good old Squaw Peak and saw all the things that waited for me, and set out to see them all!. Now I'm back home in MS and loving it, but I will always have wonderful memories of my time there. But don't be like me, trying to get a picture of a pretty cactus bloom, and, in attempting to get the focus just right, back up into another cactus!
