'Pink Beauty' on a Sunny Day

Northern California, CA

She's not as flashy or large as my other Brug plants, but she is holding her own again this year.

Lovin' her tendrils and she's got a really dainty flip and pink...will she get darker....?

Beautiful photo, Candy! Beautiful bloom, sitting in a dream garden, it is lovely...

She did get darker last year, don't think I have her in an ideal spot, probably not enough sun. I have to keep her out of the wind til her trunk gets stronger.....she's very tall at 6+ feet, but few leaves....with about 4 more buds building. I call her Long Tall Sally! :-)

Hahahaha, I have an unknown pink brug tree, with a canopy, that I call Long Tall Sally - great minds, huh??!!

She is such a pretty brug-remains one of my favorites. Always a good preformer and realitively bug free. Beautiful photo.

A couple more images of 'Pink Beauty'......she seems to be getting stronger and has several blooms open at the same time which is a first for this one.

Lovely pics -

Thanks, she is so pretty and holding up well to our current heat wave. She also did darken up, just as she did last year and the "too much" shade that probably inhibits her blooming heavily is a boon during this blast of heat we're experiencing. :-)
