Outlook express....

I use out look express
all of a sudden its doing bad stuff
when you open it
it comes up normal...then poof
the messages in the inbox dissapear
when you click on tabs to try to find them the whole thing freezes or parts are there ...but they are not there

I went to microsoft
followed the instruction for the Outlook express basic repair kit

When I got to the one part it says go to run and type in certian commands
I did that but when I got to the last command it said

Load Library (msjava.dll) Failed
the specified modual could not be found

I take that the mean the dll file is missing

how do I get it back?
I don't have the Windows EP disk
If I reinstall outlook don't I have to uninstall -reinstall?

and where did the file go???
