Okay folks, am getting ready to move away from my daily cucumber sandwich and can't seem to come up with the perfect blend for a good cuke salad. Hope to be able to NOT let all these wonderful cukes go to waste! I've cut 'em up, mixed mayo and dill with them (and a pinch of salt and pepper) but am really looking for some different flavors and techniques. Anyone have a favorite? Please!!?
