My daughter has an iMac and on June 1 she was trying to send a photo by email and got a very strange screen (see photo). Since then, she hasn't been able to connect to the internet, or, should it by chance say she is connected, she cannot receive or send anything. Does anyone have any ideas? She is also unable to format and burn cds, and it is not the cd, we just tried with the same one on my computer and all went well. Her computer spits them out immediately.
