CLOSED: Vigorous Historic Iris

Pocahontas, TN(Zone 7b)

I have 12 giant rhizomes, dug today, with full 30 inch foliage which I will cut into fans for shipping. I would like to do this in one trade but will consider 2 trades.

I like Brugs, large size/leaf Philodendron, other large size Iris, Daylilies.

Can you grow the B. sanguinea in TX??? I would be concerned about it being too hot here. I love the Amber Rose

Alpharetta, GA(Zone 7b)

Can trade lots of daylilies for your iris.

La Grange, TX(Zone 8b)

I had already bought and started the seed before finding out that if they survive in the heat, they might bloom in winter, given protection from the frost. I have a heated greenhouse. Of the 5 seedlings, I have 3 that have grown about a foot. Two leaned over and died.

Would you trade for the Amber Rose?
