Serenity ate apples for the first time

Since I got her, she's refused to even try any fresh produce what-so-ever. Tonight, she ate about 5 slices of apple, and she's not jerking anymore when you go to touch her. Here for a week and she is making progress that was not made in months at the barn. Of course, I'm not saddling her up and trying to train her for riding....
