what a great flower and pix ... I have had this flower in a photo for years and not known what it was.. a year ago, flowers were the red one or that purpley one.. :) I have since been on a learning curve as I am cataloging and photographing plants for a local greenhouse... anyway great pix though I have heard different names so I submit it and see what you think if it is the same one or not..

thanks.. sounds like a fellow techie too.. as i have the esteemed title of being the "oldest female geek" in canada.. from my son who got me into the uber networking cisco etc.. he should know.. :) in my cert. classes of 12 guys and me, i used to be called the 13th bit. %)

Probably dinner time out your way,yep thats the 'Priscilla'.Just a little history on it ,patened by Proven Winners nurseries and is registered as a "supertunia"(tm.)and grown right here in good ol' Canada.Yea I'm a techie geek too if there's a new toy out there or gizmo for the 'puter' hook me up.Also love digital photography ,you can check out some of my pics on my file.

went through your pix.. brilliant, and there are many similar plants that I have or am growing.. your garden must be wonderful, is there anywhere on this site that people can post pix of their gardens rather than of individual plants?

Back home now,go to the forum section of Dave's and there is 'Garden art',Canadian Gardening and curb appeal ,just to name a few, go on in the people are great,this is a great web site the people are very friendly and helpful .
