O M G a friend is moving. Told her I'd help her move her irises and anything else she wanted to dig up. WELLL. While she was digging on one side of the house, I was digging the other. A good 60 feet of irises. Then she comes around the house and says OH MY. She only wanted a "Couple" and has no idea what color anything is. Now I have a mountain of irises. She can't take them. She moved from that huge house to a trailer, in a trailer court. I'm not even going to mention the 30 plus surprise lilies (naked ladies) or the plant that's "not a gladiola, but looks like one"
Ok, who is going to take some of these unknown irisies off my hands? Surprise lilies need a home too. I gotta plant these "not a gladiola" things. I just have to see what the heck they are.

I just got back from the post office. If you want a box full of Irises, I can send a LOT of them for the flat rate priority fee of $7.70. For those of you who want lilies and irises, that is definately the best way to go. If everyone else want lots of irises, the flat rate is the best way too. I can leave a little more of the greenery on the plants that way too. Just let me know,

The lady who gave us the irises said they are:
Purple with white,
White with purple
Yellow
White
but as I told you, we have no idea what is what. I'm still thinking about just strangling her, but then, I'd have to train somebody to do her job. LOL
Those of you getting bee balm,when you get it, its going to look awful.
The temp her is 90. It will wilt fast. It has been packed in the water crystal gel. You can drop that in the ground too. Maybe it will help perk the poor stuff up.

I also got mine Everything looks good. Wow the size of those iris. The bee balm is wilted but just may be ok.
