oven roasted potatoes

we had dinner at friends this past week end and her Barefoot Contessa recipe for oven baked potatoes were fantastic. She clipped a hunk of fresh rosemary from her garden for starters. She cut up into 1" squares a bunch of red potatoes. Tossed the cut up potatoes with generous amount of E.V. Olive oil and stored in a big zip lock til we arrrived. Now added a bunch of fresh rosemary and salt and pepper and baked in oven on flay sheet for 30 ?? min. So good and esp. with the ribs she served. I waddled allllll the way home.
