Summer Drink recipes from your garden? Any favorites?

We grow the watermelons and mint, just not the English cukes. This is super refreshing :)

Cucumber-Watermelon Cooler

1 large English cucumber, peeled and halved lengthwise
2 c. cubed watermelon - seeds removed
2 scoops of lemon sorbet
1 Tblsp. finely chopped fresh mint

Put 2 tall glasses in the freezer to chill. Coarsely chop half the cucumber and put into a blender along with the watermelon, sorbet and chopped mint. Blend at high speed until smooth and pour into the chilled glasses.

Slice the remaining cucumber into two long spears and drop one into each glass. Serve immediately and be refreshed !!
